Oak Pine Design installed this popular and highly
durable European waterproof laminate flooring based on the client's preference for a
much lighter neutral palette in this upmarket Yaletown condoThe new owner of this condo, located in one of
Yaletown's exclusive developments, decided not to keep the medium brown oak hardwood
floor, instead opting for a refined and neutral palette in a durable and advanced
flooring material.The brown-toned oak floors were replaced with
durable European commercial-grade waterproof laminate flooring in a neutral colour
of natural aged white oak.The cream carpet and buttery ivory paint colour,
though neutral in palette, helped to mute the natural light coming into the bedroom.
Along with the new off-white wall and ceiling paint,
the installation of the European, high-density waterproof AlsaFloor laminate
flooring transformed the once stale developer-spec'd interior scheme into a calm and
serene light-filled spaceYaletown condo bedroom installed with durable
European waterproof laminate flooring in a natural aged white oak colour, which,
along with the dove white paint, helped to brighten up the space.This Yaletown condo renovation included extending
the beautiful, yet durable European waterproof laminate flooring into the kitchen
